HOW THE FRIENDSHIP BEGAN

The Fellowship of Overseas College and University Students

(FOCUS) is an organisation formed by Christians, centered around the

lives of international students in tertiary educational institutions in

Singapore. We are an autonomous organization (not affiliated

to or funded by any particular church or organisation) and we are

registered with the Registrar of Societies.

Our members were once themselves international students, having

experienced both the joys and difficulties of studying abroad. In

particular, the cross-cultural encounters, together with hospitality

of friends, serve as the inspiration to replicate the hospitality back

here in Singapore.
